Where are you located?

At The Mystic Eden, all of our pieces are lovingly printed and shipped close to home.

The Mystic Eden started in the USA, and have partnered with print providers in Australia, UK, Canada and Germany to bring our unique tees and sweatshirts to the global market 🌍. Printing locally not only helps your order reach you faster, but also reduces shipping miles — making it a kinder choice for the environment.

Your order is always printed and shipped from the nearest facility whenever possible (unless your chosen style or size is out of stock there), so your parcel of cozy enchantment finds its way to you faster.

Is a tracking number provided with shipping?

Absolutely! Once your order has been fulfilled, we’ll send you a little note with your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep

How long will it take to get my item?

We print all of our designs to order, which takes on average 2-4 business days. Shipping then takes between 3-6 business days for Australian Residents and 5-10 business days for Kiwi's.

I only received part of my order?

When a product is out of stock at one location, this can result in your items coming in two packages. If you only received part of your order, don't worry the rest is on it's way to you.

How should I wash my new printed tees?

Follow these care tips, and your Mystic Eden shirts will keep their vibrant colors longer:

  1. Flip your t-shirts inside out before washing and drying. It might seem small, but it makes a big difference!
  2. Choose gentle detergents and opt for low temperatures.
  3. Don't overdo the spinning. Too much spinning can wear out your shirts faster.
  4. Air dry your t-shirts whenever you can. If you must use the dryer, avoid heavy items like winter coats and blankets.
  5. When ironing, flip your t-shirts inside out and start with a lower heat setting. Sometimes, designs and irons don't mix well.
